A Volunteer Form should be on file with the Local League Safety Officer for ALL persons that have regular access to players. Managers, coaches, board members, concession workers.
ALL Catchers in ALL Little League Divisions MUST have a dangling throat guard on the catchers mask.
This includes the hockey style mask and conventional mask.
