Would like to invite members of the league to participate in the Baltimore Flag Football Festival.
Presented by the organizers of the old Air It Out tournament and looking to increase opportunities for the sport.
Thanks in advance,

Dave,
Nice site....one thing we figured out a way to do on-side kicks without guys cracking their heads open.
What we did was if the receiving team got their flag pulled inside their own 20 yard line, then the ball reverted back to the kicking team at the receiving team's 40 yard line.
I believe we even had a time frame constraint, like the last 5 minutes of the 1st half and the entire 4th quarter.
This way guys aren't diving for a loose ball and it makes the kick-off return an added dimension to the game.

Dave and I go back to little kids. A little history. I can remember being 5/6 and playing football always. No matter even it was only the 2 of us. We ran routes and just practiced. Man! Just to throw the ball around. I can honestly say, not too many individuals are dedicated to the sport as Dave. You have to know Dave and how he works. Dave works extremely hard to keep this league going!
As I'm writing this and smiling. I know he can get a little loud, and work you up some people. He gets a little intense!!! He means well. He's the only guy I know who have records from when they were kids (amazing). He still recites plays we performed in High School. We sure had talent! Too bad I didn't have him at my college games!!
Through all of this; I wanted to say AWESOME JOB!!! Keep up the hard work. |

The Diamond League
Glad to see Dave Mitchell still running flag football. I am looking for interested players who reside in Anne Arundel COunty who would like to throw the helmet and shoulder pads on and play minor-league football for the Anne Arundel County Admirals. We play spring football as members of the Diamond Football League. Interested players give me a call @ 443-994-5066.
Thanks
