1996 Spring Bloodhounds
With the departure of Ron Harge,QB/LB Dave Mitchell signed on to help get the Bloodhounds over the hump to the championship. With a mammouth OL and FB/SS Ray Henson, RB/MLB Chip Monger and TB/CB Mike Morris this solid unit intimidated defenses with their explosive play "Thunder Right", a modern day triple option that only the Bloodhounds could perfect.

Bill Willingham Spring '96
RB Bill Willingham's speed was only second to RB Mike Morris and WR Charles Smoothers. After his debut fall '95 season for the Rottweilers, Captain Willingham ventured out to form his own team...the Wolfhounds. Not prospering so well, in mid-season he received help from Bucs Coach/Captain Norman Wesson. getting beaten 26-2 on this day by the Bloodhounds, he later got his revenge by beating them 16-12 in the Summer tournament, most notably with his game saving deflagging of the Bulldog, Dave Mitchell inside the 20yd. line on the Bloodhounds final drive
Bullmastiffs v Boxers
The Ft. Meade Bullmastiffs, defending 1995-96 League Champion fell to the Nabb's Creek Cafe Boxers in the Bite Divisional title game

The Nabb's Creek Cafe BOXERS won the Bite Division and the Championship with an overall 10-2 record. Lead by the precision passing of QB Joe Baker and Slot/LB Rob Elliott(Captain)
