The Paul Cox Bail Bond Bloodhounds(in Royal Blue)after defeating the Glen Burnie Rottweilers in 1st Round playoff action, square off against the Glen Burnie Huskies(in Gray) on January 21,1996 at Marley Jr. High School. After the Huskies missed 2 FG's, including 1 that sailed wide right with :40 left, the Bloodhounds won in OT 6-0, on a 5yd. pass to Anthony Coeffield (pictured front) from QB Ron Harge. Huskie CB Joe Buhr shut down League MVP Coeffield until he made a spectacular high stretched catch in the back of the endzone.

Bite and LEAGUE CHAMPION Ft. Meade BULLMASTIFFS
The Bullmastiffs, whose Coach/Captain was Tony Calimano(DE)(2nd row, far right)finished the regular season 10-2. They defeated the USCG Dobbermans and then went on to play Bark Division Champion Bloodhounds in BIG DOG BOWL II.
The Bullmastiffs were down 16-8 with just :50 seconds left to play and faced with 4th and 25. Somehow TE John Blessing got open and QB Daryl "Biddy" Pratt hit him to get down to the Bloodhounds 20 yard line. With 4th and goal at the 1 yard line with only :01 second left to play, Biddy Pratt scrambled left and manuevered his way through 3 defenders to score. They made the 2 point conversion attempt to tie the game at 16-16 and forcing OT. This hard long fought game in the cold went into 2OT, where Bloodhound QB Ron Harge failed to convert a throw to a wide open Artie Holland in the endzone from the 5 yard line. The Bullmastiffs capitolized on that mistake and drove the field before Biddy Pratt finally hit WR Kelly Banks downfield with a 30 yard TD pass to end the game at 22-16.
