Illinois Illini Wins 2006 4&5 Grade Girl's BB Tournament
The Illini defeated the Wisconsin Badgers 18 to 9 to win the 2006 4&5 Grade Girl's Basketball Tournament on Monday, December 11. The Illini is coached by Sue Eckenrod and players include: Rachel Borman, Rebecca Buffington, Carlie Eckenrod, Meagan Mueller, Sara Tefft, Megan Thompson & Ashlee Weinschenk.
In the consolation game the Ohio State Buckeyes defeated the Michigan Wolverines 31 to 16 to place 3rd and 4th in the tournament.
