All-Star Update:

Congratulations to the 10-11 McIntire All-Star Team who beat the Louisa County All-Stars on July 6th to capture the 10-11 Virginia District 14 Championship for the second straight year.  Best of luck in the State Tournament, guys!

Congratulations to Craig Builders Baseball!

Over $27,600 was raised this year at the Skills Challenge, well-exceeding our goal of $20,000.  Thanks to everyone for their support and generous contributions!

Thanks also to all of the volunteers who spent the day helping out and all of the parents who got the kids out in the streets collecting, even if you could not make it for the event itself. We also want to thank our primary coordinators who spent months planning, recruiting, organizing and cheerleading the event:

Katy Kreienbaum, Sue Miller and a special thanks to Patrick Scharf from Rivanna Gear and Apparel.

We will get you all more information on the top fundraisers, points leaders, but here is a quick snapshot:

Majors – HobbyTown USA raised $4,575.00, Allied Concrete- $4,344.00

Upper Minors – Red Sox - $2,339.00

Lower Minors – Dodgers-$1,325.00

Thanks again to all the teams and participants for a record-breaking milestone and a great day for all involved!
