Bad Weather Cancellations

Game cancellations due to bad weather can be a frequent spring-time occurrence in southeast Oklahoma.
Player safety is the main consideration, with this in mind, club officials assess field and weather conditions early game day before making a final decision whether or not to postpone play.
Games are cancelled if the fields are waterlogged, or if dangerous cloud to ground lightning is in the area, whereupon team coaches contact all players informing them of cancellations.
Although unpleasant, cool rainy conditions alone do not effect the game schedules. Players are reminded that rules regarding team uniforms remain in place regardless of weather conditions.
