About The MCSC. The McCurtain County Soccer Club (MCSC) is an OSA and USYSA affiliated club, playing recreational youth soccer in the south-eastern tip of Oklahoma. The MCSC is a non-profit organization, awarded 501c3 status by The United States Internal Revenue Service in May of 2007. Thank you for visiting, and please remember to sign our guestbook.
