ALL NEW PROSPECTS MUST ATTEND ALL DAYS, ENTIRE SESSION

ALL PROSPECTS MUST FILL OUT THE TRYOUT FORM AND
BRING IT TO TRYOUTS WITH YOU. GO TO HANDOUTS ON
OUR MENU, DOWNLOAD FORM, AND FILL OUT. IF YOU CAN'T
MAKE TRYOUTS, THEN MAIL YOUR FORM TO THE ADDRESS
AT TOP OF FORM.
