We are lifting at 6:00 in the morning on MWF. 6:15 Tuesday and thursday conditioning and speed development. We are also doing speed development at 3:45 till 4:30 MWF in the weight room for the first three weeks and then  on the track and field for the remainder of the semester

Camp will once again be at UCSD the cost per player is 275$. The Camp will be in June exact dates will follow. Remember that the best time to take a vacation in the two weeks following school.
