Martinez Baseball Club: Welcome

Welcome to Official Site of The Martinez Baseball Club (MBC), home of PONY baseball in Martinez. WELCOME NEW MEMBERS OF MARTINEZ PONY! ARE YOU READY FOR SOME BASEBALL??

Martinez Baseball Club interlocks with local leagues to provide a competitive learning environment.  We travel to  Rodeo, Pleasant Hill, Piedmont, Pittsburg and Moraga at the Pony level and also to Walnut Creek, Danville, Pleasanton at the Bronco and Mustang levels to play games in addition to the games that we play at our home fields.  Most of our games are on weekends, although later in the season we might play some evening games during the week.

Sanctioned by national PONY we are leading a resurgence of Pony to Martinez and welcome all that would like to sign up. The Mission of MBC is to see every player develop into a well rounded, healthy individual in the community, at school and on the baseball diamond.
MBC wants all players, coaches and board members to HAVE FUN while contributing to the development of self confidence and true team spirit.

The Martinez Baseball Club wants everyone involved and a DESIRE to play the game.

A team is where a boy can prove his courage on his own.  A gang is where a coward goes to hide. - - Mickey Mantle
