MARTELLA'S BEATS LIVONIA
Martella's Pharmacy moved to 2-0 in the National AAABA Tournament with a 2-1 win over Livonia on Tuesday at the Point Stadium.Ryan Zamiskie (8-2) picked up the complete game win, allowing one unearned run on three hits. Brady Cooper took the loss for Livonia. Martella's got on the board in the top of the third. Colin Harrington laced a two out double off the left field wall and scored on a Chris Rasky single. Livonia tied the game in the bottom of the inning. Mikie Pelekanos ripped a two-out double to left center in the seventh. Jon Kirby pinch ran and scored on Pat Kohl's pinch hit single. Martella's advances to face New Brunswick on Wednesday. |
