Directors Absent: Sara Kruger

Guests: Jana Wagner, Registrar, Coaches: Donna Smith, Steve Gilbert, Randy Sherman, Rob Wagner, Brent Benson, Les Dodge, Mark Borchardt

Meeting Called to order at 6:30 pm.

 

*Review and discussion of new logo design. Discussion centered on the addition of “Inferno” to logo.

 

Motion>Miller to accept logo design #2 with addition of “Inferno.”

Second>Kowalski

Motion Passed

 

*Roster Committee (Miller)

Decision to wait until all coaches present before proceeding.

 

*Scholarship Issue (Hoffman)

Discussion of the scholarships and what it covers: registration, uniform, tournaments? Miller reviewed history of the scholarship process. VanOudenhoven pointed out the costs are currently covered by coaches or spread across team. Questions are what should be covered and who should pay? Concession funds have been earmarked for scholarship expenses.

 

Motion>Miller to established a $100.00 amount for each team for miscellaneous costs.

Amendment>Felhofer the $100.00 be used strictly to cover tournament cost shortfalls for a team.
