2010 Registration Requirements
The following list is all of the required items that must be presented by all (new and returning) players that are registering.
- An original government birth certificate. Certificates issued by any other organization will not be accepted.
- Three forms of Proof of Residence:
- Drivers license
- Utility Bill (i.e. PG&E, water/sewer, phone, waste disposal)
- School Records
- Vehicle Records
- Insurance Documents
- Voter Registration
- Financial Records
- Welfare/child Records
- Federal Records
- State Records
- Local (municipal) Records
- Support payment Records
- Medical Records
- Military Records
- Registration Fees Checks can be made out to MWYC
- Little League (ages 5-12) $100
- Junior/Seniors (ages 13-16) $150
Families with two or more children registering will receive $10 discount for additional players.
