2009 Mansfield Fall Girls High School League
The updated schedule is attached in the handout below, including the games that were canceled on 10/28/09 and 11/2/09.
Please follow the park rules
- Pets must be leashed
- No scooters, skate boards, roller blades, bicycles or anything similar in the complex.
- No smoking in the complex.

League Info & Format
We will be hosting the league in the same format as previous years:
- The league will consist of four Wednesdays in October (any rainouts will be scheduled by necessity).
- Each team will scheduled two games per week.
- Game times are 6PM, 7:20PM and 8:40PM. (Teams will all play an equal number of early and late games as is mathmetically possible)
- Time limit is 65 minutes finish the inning. No extra innings, games can end in a tie.
- Team fee covers team insurance, umpires, balls, fields, lights, and field prep.
- Games will be played by ASA rules. No steel cleats allowed.
- Additional League rules posted on schedule.

Sharpen Your Score Keeping Skills
We recently held a class to learn how to keep the offical scorebook. For league games the home team is responsible for supplying an official scorekeeper and the visiting team is responsible for keeping the scoreboard.

Pay Your Team's Tournament Fees Online
Tournament fees for our tournaments are normally due a week prior to the tournament start. This enables us to confirm what teams are entered and schedule games, umpires and workers accordingly. Teams must always enter our ASA tournaments at www.RegisterASA.com (VTD). You may pay your tournament fee online by clicking the link below and going to the payment website: Click here to pay online There is an additonal fee charged by Active.com for handling the transaction. If your team drops from the tournament after online payment the transaction fee will not be refunded. If your team drops the tournament after games have been posted you are not elgible for a fee refund.

MGSA Site Wants Your Softball Photos!
MGSA would like to place your softball photos on the website! Throughout the season, as you take photos of your girls, we'd like to feature them on the MGSA site. The only way we can do that is if you send them in to our Publicity Director. While we can't guarantee that we can use every submitted photo, we will try to use as many photos as possible on the site, and some photos may be forwarded on to local media outlets.
What we're looking for:

* Game Shots *
* Practice Shots *
* pictures of the girls just having fun as a team *
