Tuesday, May 22 Manchester East All-Star Team and 11 Years Old Tournement Team Manchester East will be selecting the Major League All-star team and the 11 years old Tournement Team soon. If a player would like to be considered for the teams they must fill out a permission slip and his/her parents must sign it. The permission slip must be turned in to your Manager by June 6, 2012. Click here for the Major League Tournament Team Permission Slip Both Teams will be announced on June 15th. If selected we will need the following information by June 18th: Players’ original Birth Certificate (with the raise seal) • Three (3) forms of proof of residency, DATED BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2012 Residence shall be established and supported by documents, dated on or before February 1 of the current year, from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:
1. Driver’s License 2. Voter’s Registration 3. School records 4. Welfare/child care records 5. Federal records 13. Medical records 6. State records 14. Military records 7. Local (municipal) records 15. Internet, cable or satellite records 8. Support payment records 16. Vehicle records 9. Homeowner or tenant records 10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal) 11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records 12. Insurance documents 17. Employment records Example – Three utility bills (three items from No. 10 above) constitute only ONE document. Monday, January 30 Paid for your Candy On-Line Pay for your Candy O-Line The league is offering you the opportunity to not participate in selling the candy but in exchange donate $25 per child to the league, not to exceed $50 per family. The first two children in the league per family will participate in the fundraiser. Three or more children in the league per family will be excused. Parents who choose to sell a box of candy will receive approximately 30 candy items per box. Each candy item will be sold for $2.00 to equal $60.00 per box returned to the league. You will be responsible to sell all items in the box. THE LEAGUE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS. Again, the number of boxes will depend on the number of children playing in the league. In order that we may obtain a fair estimate of candy purchases, we ask that you complete the form below and return it with your registration form. Please complete one form per child. We will be allowing parents to pay this fee at registration time or in May when the monies are collected. Thank you for your support with our fundraiser. The building and all it contents, including equipment and the concession stand, have been severely damaged. We are asking for donations to help offset the cost of repairs and the replacement of equipment. If you would like to help please make checks payable to Manchester East Little League and mail them to Manchester East Little League c/o 190 Greenwood Court Manchester NH 03109. Thursday, June 23 WE NEED YOUR HELP Manchester East Little League is looking for volunteers that have knowledge in the following area, and can help direct the League on what to do.
