Manchester East All-Star Team and 11 Years Old Tournement Team
Manchester East will be selecting the Major League All-star team and the 11 years old Tournement Team soon. If a player would like to be considered for the teams they must fill out a permission slip and his/her parents must sign it. The permission slip must be turned in to your Manager by June 6, 2012. Click here for the Major League Tournament Team Permission Slip Both Teams will be announced on June 15th. If selected we will need the following information by June 18th: Players’ original Birth Certificate (with the raise seal) • Three (3) forms of proof of residency, DATED BEFORE FEBRUARY 1, 2012 Residence shall be established and supported by documents, dated on or before February 1 of the current year, from THREE OR MORE of the following categories to determine residency of such parent(s) or guardian:
1. Driver’s License 2. Voter’s Registration 3. School records 4. Welfare/child care records 5. Federal records 13. Medical records 6. State records 14. Military records 7. Local (municipal) records 15. Internet, cable or satellite records 8. Support payment records 16. Vehicle records 9. Homeowner or tenant records 10. Utility bills (i.e., gas, electric, water/sewer, phone, mobile phone, heating, waste disposal) 11. Financial (loan, credit, investments, etc.) records 12. Insurance documents 17. Minor League Tournament Teams
Manchester East will be selecting the Minor League Tournament Teams - Jimmy Fund Competitive, Jimmy Fund Non-competitive and Matty Dobens team soon. If a player would like to be considered for the teams they must fill out a permission slip and both the player and his/her parents must sign it.
