Welcome to the Manchester Bears
Welcome to the online home of the Manchester Bears. Currently We have filled our roster for the 2009 season however if your child is unable to play for another team we are willing to speak with you to get them on the field for the Bears. To qualify players must be not turn 15 prior to October 1st, be entering the 6th, 7th or 8th grade this fall and live in Auburn, Candia, Hooksett or Manchester. Players from surrounding areas may be eligible upon review.

AWARDS BANQUET
The BEARS 2009 Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday, January 9, 2010, at the Chateau Restaurant on Hanover St. in Manchester. This year’s banquet will begin at 6:00 PM with a social hour and cash bar, followe d at 7:00 PM with a buffet dinner and awarding of trophies.
As always, all players are encouraged to attend at No Charge. The cost this year for all guests (Parents, Brothers, Sisters, Grandparents, Friends, Etc.) is $18.00 per person. In order to plan for this year’s event, I would appreciate hearing from all of you as soon as possible so that we can get a count of how many people will be attending.Note: Required dress for all Players is SHIRT & TIE.
SCHOLAR ATHLETE AWARD
All players with a 3.0 or better GPA for the first quarter are eligible for the Rick Serodio Scholar Athlete Award. To receive the award, your report card must be submitted to Kevin Wheel by December 11th.
