U12G CANTON CUP CHAMPS!
These girls are the 2009 National Indoor Soccer Champions in 2009! This team definitely has what it takes to WIN! They have won the Regional Indoor Championships two years in a row - both in 2008 and 2009. Theyhave won 3 Indoor Soccer Leagues and won the WSSL League Championship both in the Fall of 2008 and the Spring of 2009. They also won the Midwest Spring Invite in Lowell, Michigan both in the Spring of 2008 and in the Spring of 2009! The Overall Team Record for this team (just over one year) is 64-3-4! The team is proudly coached and trained by Sam Makki.

It was a beautiful weekend in Grand Haven, Michigan on the beach! The sun was out, the beach was packed, and there were 6 soccer fields set up on the beach with non-stop games going for two days! The girls played four tough games and were undefeated for the weekend! Even the new team t-shirts, made by the soccer moms, were a hit!

The Makki Training Academy was created in 2004 by Erin and Sam Makki in response to a growing need in the area for high level sports performance training. The Academy is for athletes who would like to train to compete at their highest level. We sponsor and train many indoor soccer teams throughout the year and organize soccer training camps. Many high school and club teams call the Makki Training Academy to train their teams during and in the off season.
