Clarification on time outs and substitution intervals
60 sec time out: All players, subs and coaches may be up and involved as long as they are in the confines of the bench area.
30 sec time out: All players, subs and coaches may be up and involved: however, players on the floor must remain standing in the bench area.
20 sec substitution interval: only head coach may be up and players on the court must stay on the court ( they may congregate near coach as long as they are on the court)
