Cressona Little League Field
Go south on Rt. 61 South to the Cressona Mall and bear right onto Rt. 183 South into Cressona. Stay with Rt. 183 South (Pottsville Street) through Cressona. You will take a left turn at the only light in Cressona. Watch to pass under a railroad underpass. As you come out of the underpass take a left onto Front Street. Stay with Front Street a short distance and bear right at the fork in the road onto Graeff Street. Watch for Charles Street. As you pass Charles Street the parking lot and the field are on your left.
Dr. Mark Holland Little League Field The Dr. Mark Holland Little League Field was built for opening day in 1958. The first years (1955-1957)of little league in Mahanoy City were played at the East End Field.
Girardville Little League Field Pass through Mahanoy Plane and Gilberton on Route 54 East to Girardville. As you enter Girardville on East Mahanoy Avenue (still Rt. 54 E), you can take a right turn on 2nd Avenue, Schrub Avenue or 4th Avenue. After the turn and travel about 200 feet, the field will be to your left from 2nd Avenue, to your right from 4th Avenue, and straight ahead from Schrub Avenue. Take your pick. The field is easily within site from any of the turns.
Orwigsburg Little League Field Follow Rt. 61 South through Schuylkill Haven about 2-3 miles to Renninger's Farmers Market. Bear right to make a left turn onto Route 443 East. Proceed past the Blue Mountain High School and Athletic Complex on Rt. 443 to Orwigsburg. Stay with Rt. 443 through Orwigsburg (Market Street) to the blinking light and turn left with Rt. 443 (Washington Street) Go past Bartush Signs on the right for a short distance and look for the Memorial Building and turn right onto Grove Street. Look for the field on your left.
Port Carbon Little League Field Go South on Rt. 61 to the first light after the Fairlane Village Mall. CVS Drug Store is on the left. Turn left onto Mill Creek Road for a short distance and, at the intersection turn right to Port Carbon. You come into Port Carbon on Market Street. As you enter Port Carbon take a left on 4th Street and go up the hill. 4th Street turns into 5th Street. You will pass an armed forces monument on your right as you go up to hill .6 total. Proceed .5 mile past the Armed Forces Monument. The field is a short distance on your right at 5th and Division Street.
Shamokin Coal Township Little League Field Enter Shamokin on Route 61 North from Ashland or Mount Carmel. As you enter Shamokin you will pass Pool World on your left. At the first light take a sharp right turn onto Sunbury Street and proceed up the hill until Sunbury Street comes to an end. You can only go right on DuBarry Street, and within 50 feet you will see the little league entrance sign to your right. Make the right turn and proceed 200 feet to see the field to your right. The teener field is to your left.
Shenandoah Little League Field Enter Shenandoah on Route 54 from Mahanoy City. Route 54 in Shenandoah is also Centre Street. Continue right through town until you hit Vine Street. On the left, is a Boyer's Market. Right after the market and before the elementary school and Stadium Road you will turn right to the little league field parking lot.
St. Clair Little League Field St. Clair Little League Field is located at the end of town adjacent to the football field where the midget football teams and Nativity High School play their games. If you come into town off the Burma Road the field is on the right as you enter the town. If you come off the Frackville/St. Clair road you go past Wal-Mart on the left. Turn left at the first light past the Wal-Mart light. Go three blocks and turn left onto Mill Street if entering by way of Rt. 61 or right onto Mill Streer if entering by the Burma Road and then turn right on Franklin Street to the outfield parking area. Look for the field near the football field.
Tamaqua Little League Field Tamaqua plays little league in the Dutch Hill section of the boro at the Bill Angst Little League Field. Tamaqua little league is part of District 18 competition when All-Star time rolls around each year. To get to the stadium take Route 309 South toward Tamaqua. Right before you enter Tamaqua, move to the left lane and you will see All-American Jeep Dealer on your left. Take a left turn onto Schuylkill Avenue right after passing the All-American Jeep. Go to the stop sign. On your right will be a bridge. Take a left turn at the stop sign onto Elm Street. Go straight up the hill until you come to Columbia Street. Take a right on Columbia Street until you get to Willing Street. Look straight ahead and you will see the field.
Tremont Little League Field Go South on Rt. 81 to the Tremont/Tower City exit. Bear left off the exit onto North 209. Stay with N209 (Main Street)in Tremont. Take a left onto Clay Street at Tuke's Graphic Design. Go about 100 yards to a fork in the road and bear right onto Middlecreek Road. The field is straight ahead.
Tri Valley Little League Field Go South on Rt. 81 to the Hegins Exit and bear right off the exit towards Tri-Valley High School and Hegins on Rt. 25 West. When in Hegins you will make a left turn onto Good Spring Road, which is Rt. 125 South. Go about 100 yards and look to the left to see the Stutzman Memorial Little League Field.
Ashland Little League Field Come into Ashland from Mahanoy City on Rt. 54 and proceed straight through the town. Turn right at 17th Street and look for Euureka Park. The field is adjacent to the park.
Frackville Little League Field To go to the Frackville Little League Field enter Frackville from the Morea-New Boston Highway and go through the main intersection. Turn right at Nice Street just before the Frackville Elementary School, and go straight all the way up Nice Street to the end of the street. Turn left on High Street one block and you are at the field.
Line Mountain Little League Field Line Mountain Little League plays their games in Dalmatia, PA. It is a 55 mile trip from the Mahanoy Area. The best way to go is to take Route 81 South to the Hegins exit and proceed to Hegins. In Hegins, take Good Spring Road/PA 125 North staying straight on PA-3010 16 miles to Route 225. Take a sharp left onto Route 225 for 3.5 miles, and take a slight left onto Route 147 South. Dalmatia is 5 miles away. As you drive through Dalmatia, the main street is George Street (also PA 147). As you are about to leave the town, take a left turn on School Road. You will pass the Mid-Penn Bank on your right. Look for the Line Mt. Elementary School on the right and the Lower Mahanoy Fire Company entrance on the left. Turn left at the fire company entrance. The field is on your left.
Millersburg Little League Field Go South on Rt. 81 and exit at Tremont/Tower City. Stay with Rt. 209 South through Tower City and 30 miles to Millersburg. Proceed through Millersburg and follow the school signs. Your first right off is Church Street. Go one block and take a right onto Centre Street for one block. Turn left onto Seal Street and look for the football field, Seal Park, and the community swimming pool. The field is adjacent to the park. An alternate route would be to take Rt. 81 South to the Hegins exit and bear right off the exit onto Rt. 25 West through Hegins, Valley View, Sacramento, Gratz, Berrysburg to Millersburg (31 miles). Turn right onto Rt. 209 as you enter Millersburg. Watch for a sign on your right and Church Street to the school complex and community swimming pool. The little league field is adjacent to the pool and and HS football field.
Minersville Little League Field Go South on Rt. 81 and exit at Minersville. Proceed into Minersville on Rt. 901. Take a right turn at 4th street to the Recreation Park. The field is adjacent to the park.
New Philadelphia Little League Field Go to Brockton and take a right onto Rt. 209 South towards Pottsville. Enter New Philadelphia on Rt. 209. Stay on Rt. 209 also called Valley Street through New Philadelphia. As you are leaving the town Cooper Street is on your left. The field entrance sign is one/tenth mile on the left.
Pine Grove Little League Field Go South on Rt. 81 and exit at Ravine. Take Rt. 125 South to Pine Grove. At main intersection (1st light) turn left on Pottsville Street towards the Pine Grove Schools. Go two blocks and turn right onto Mill Race Street and look right to see the field.
Pottsville Railway Little League Field Go right off Rt. 61 into Pottsville on Claude A. Lord Blvd. (first light into town) Turn left onto Centre street and go to the first light (post office on left and police station on right). Turn right on to Laurel Boulevard and go up the hill until Martz Hall is on the left and you intersect with 16th Street. Turn left one block and turn left onto 1st Avenue. The field is straight ahead.
Pottsville Rotary Little League Field Turn right off Pottsville's Centre Street onto Mahantongo Steet and prodeed to 20th street. Rotary Park will be on the right hand side of the street.
Ringtown Little League Field Exit Mahanoy City by going north on Main Street past the old Kaier's Brewery onto Rt. 339 to Brandonville. Once in Brandonville look for a left turn on Rt. 339. Stay straight on the Brandonville Road (4037) into Ringtown. Turn left as you arrive at the main intersection in Ringtown onto Main Street. Go one block to Center Street and turn right onto Center Street. Look to the right to see the community park and little league complex.
Ringtown Little League Field 2 Ringtown has two fields for little league and minor league. The main field is used for little league competition and the Ringtown Field 2 is used for the minor league games. The fields are located at the recreation complex and are adjacent to each other. For street directions click onto Rintown Little League Main Field.
Schuylkill Haven Little League Field Drive into Schuylkill Haven on Rt. 61 South. Turn right at the first light. Bera left at the fork onto Haven Street and go to the end of Haven Street. Turn right at the stop sign onto East Main Street. Pass the Schuylkill Haven High School and Middle School. The field is located just past the schools on the left.
Upper Dauphin Little League Fields Upper Dauphin Little Leagues play at a combination of fields. Take Rt. 81 to the Tremont/Tower City Exit and proceed on Rt. 209 South toward Tower City. Upper Dauphin would have to specify the field that is being used, but there are fields at Porter Township, Williamstown, Lykens and Elizabethville, Gratz as well as Pillow, which can be found on Rt. 25 heading west from Hegins. Map Quest shows the field at Elizabethville. As you enter the town on Route 209 South (East Main Street), the community pool is on your left. Take a left turn on Cedar Street and look left as you go up the hill to see the field. Upper Dauphin High School can be found in Elizabethville.
