OUT, BUT SAFE: Isaac Gonzalez, 5, is a couple of steps from the bag as first baseman Christopher Perez catches the ball during the first game of the T-Ball season at Hidalgo Park. The game was the first played at the park's T-ball field using a fence donated by the group Grand Slam for Youth Baseball.
