SPONSORSHIP INFORMATION
The Madison County Diamond Club is preparing for the 2009 Red Raider Baseball season. We would like to give your company the opportunity to take part. The Diamond Club is conducting its annual fundraising drive to raise funds for our Varsity, Junior Varsity, and Middle School baseball teams. There are several ways for you to show your support: by purchasing an ad for the spring program, purchasing a fence sign, and/or being a game day sponsor. Advertising in the school sports program is a great way to gain exposure for your business or service. In the past, supporters of MCHS Red Raider baseball have been a tremendous help in providing numerous items for our teams. In 2006, a middle school team was added to the program requiring even more money. Some of the items provided with funds from the purchase of signs and ads include:
uniforms cleats team T-shirts lettermen jackets
soil samples umpires turf pallets game equipment
dugout improvements materials for equipment building
purchase of bobcat for scraping the field before and after games (shared with softball team)
workout equipment and area
*2009 improvements include new backstop wall/netting and seating*
ADS WILL BE PUBLISHED IN THE 2009 MADISON COUNTY SPRING SPORTS PROGRAM which features Red Raider Baseball, Golf, Soccer, Tennis, and Track teams. Sign sponsor and game day sponsor names will also be mentioned over the PA system at Varsity Baseball home games.
If your business currently has a fence sign, PLEASE RENEW YOUR SPONSORSHIP BY FEBRUARY 17, 2009, so that your sign can remain. Signs not renewed by this date will be removed. New signs will be positioned on the fence in the order received, rotating from side to side. There is special pricing for signs underneath the score board.
Businesses or individuals may choose to be a Game Day Sponsor. This is in addition to a program advertisement or sign sponsorship. This will assist with game day expenses such as baseballs, umpires, etc.
The sponsor may choose which game to sponsor. The sponsor’s name will be announced over the public address system during each inning. The sponsor may choose to also provide coupons, samples of their product, t-shirts for the crowd, etc. at the game. A baseball autographed by the MC team playing that day will be given to the sponsor. The sponsor or a representative of the sponsoring organization may throw out the first pitch of the game. Game day sponsors acquired by a pre-specified deadline will have their name printed in the spring sports program.
Prices for signs, advertisements, and game day sponsorships are attached. Please complete all information on the attached form and mail it along with your payment. Please include any pictures, logos, artwork, etc. to be included in your ad.
