Mad Dogs Thanksgiving Tournament Rescheduled
The Mad Dogs 15U tournament has been rescheduled for 12/5-6. The Hillers, Showtime, Gorillas and the Clash will be participating. Contact Coach Mike for details.

Mad Dogs finish 2nd in USABF Veterans Day Tournament
The 18U Mad Dogs cashed in on great pitching to advance to the championship game. Trevor Messenger threw a no-hitter while Steve Solivan and Donovan Wokoske combined on a two hitter to earn the top seed. We fell a run short in the championship game to the SD Stealth when the tying run was thrown out at the plate on a tough call by the ump. Way to go guys!!!

Mad Dogs finish 2nd in Steele Canyon Invitational Tournament
The 16U Mad Dogs won a grueling 3 1/2 hour game against the Encinitas Reds 16-12 in the semi-finals to get to the championship game. There wasn't enough gas in the tank to take home the 1st place prize against a 17U Steele Canyon team. There were lots of highlights including coming from 8 runs down to shut the mouths of the Chula Vista Green Sox knocking them off 13-9. Abner Garcia and Austin Trammell both hit home runs. The pizza in between games was great too. Great job guys!!!

15U Wins SD Blues Halloween Haunt Tournament!
After going 0-2 in pool play, the Mad Dogs swept the elimination games and championship game in a game called because of darkness. SD Blues Director has finally come around to recognize the Mad Dogs as the CHAMPIONS!!! Mark Young threw a complete game 2-hitter against the Hillers carrying the team to the championship game. Way to go Dogs!!! Get your T Shirt from Coach Mark.

Fall Ball Almost Here!
Summer Season has concluded. 16U finished with a 25-9 record and were Southwest Region Colt Champions. Both teams finished strong placing 2nd and 3rd place in our For Pride Summer Championship Tournament.
18U finished at 15-6 and won the Triple Crown Summer Sizzle Tournament Championship. Way to Go Everyone!!!
The Fall season begins the weekend of September 13th. There will be no practice this week. Have a Great Labor Day Weekend!!!
