The MACVC is a men's collegiate club volleyball conference operating in the Mid-Atlantic region. Information on the 2008-2009 season will be posted on this web site. The men's collegiate club volleyball season runs from September of each fall culminating with the MACVC and NIRSA championships held in April of each spring.

Rutgers New Brunswick 'A' completed an undefeated MACVC season by defeating HACC in the finals of the MACVC championship. Rutgers defeated Ship in the semis while HACC defeated Kutztown. In the quarterfinals, Rutgers defeated LVC, HACC beat Messiah, Kutztown beat Millersville and Ship beat College of NJ. Complete results and All-Tournament Team selections can be found in the handout below.

Check out the latest standings & results. The Northeast has had quite a number of early season matches with Rutgers A and College of NJ leading the way. First year Stockton is having a solid season. Make sure that your schedules & match results are submitted.
Tuesday, January 6
1) Penn College is competing this year in the WEST. Contact information is below in the contact information table. Rutgers-Camden is competing in the EAST - contact info forthcoming & they have been informed to initiate scheduling with teams. Widener will NOT be competing in the EAST this season.
2) Reminders to begin scheduling your divisional matches when you get back from semester break & to send in your match schedules for posting to the website.
3) Contact Larry/Bill for your officials once you have confirmed matches to secure your officials. Reminder that home schools are responsible for payment to officials promptly. Every season there seems to be some officials who do not get paid for some matches - please communicate with your officials!
4) If you are hosting spring tournaments, send your dates & details in ASAP so teams can plan to enter without having to reschedule other matches.
5) NIRSA entry information should be available on the NIRSA site, contact me if you need further information.

Meeting minutes, details and points of emphasis are posted in the handouts section. DeSales will host the 2009 MACVC Championships on April 4, 2009. Final Alignment - no major changes for 2008-09 season, hopefully things go better with the North division this year & that everybody can get in their divisional matches. The Kutztown e-mail address has been fixed as of 12Jan09, please contact them again if you have been trying to reach them.
There will likely be a restructuring of divisions with the 2009-2010 season because of our recent growth in the Northeast Division. If you have suggestions for 2010 please e-mail us proposals as this will again be a topic for next year.
