 Friday, December 4th from 6:30-8pm - Santa to Visit MAA!

Middleburg Athletic Association invites our community to come meet Santa at the MAA Baseball Grounds

Santa will be stopping by the fields to meet area children and to allow parents to take their picture with him.

The area will be decorated for the holidays and hot chocolate and cookies will be served to the children and parents who come to visit Santa.

This is a free community event held to get everyone in the Christmas spirit.

MAA BOARD MEETINGS

MAA invites you to attend our monthly Board meetings.

MAA Board Meetings are the 2nd Monday of every month @ 6:30 pm at the Omega Field Clubhouse.  Please feel free to attend.  (annual elections held first Monday in November)

  • We look forward to your involvement in your child's sports experience
  • Come help us make your children's sport experience FUN!!!

     Proposed Constitution and By-Laws changes

    There are still a few proposed change to the current MAA Constitution and By-laws. Each change will be discussed/voted on in the November board meeting.  Only eligible members are permitted to vote. All members are welcome.

    VOLUNTEERS NEEDED!  
    Concession Committee members:      we are looking for at least 2 new members to assist on the concession committee.  must be current member and will require background check

    Softball Equipment Manager: This individual shall oversee the inventory, distribution, purchasing and collection of all softball equipment of M.A.A. All requests for equipment must be processed through this Manager.  

    Chief Umpire    :     The individual shall oversee and be responsible for the operation of the M.A.A. officiating of the baseball/softball program. He/she shall act as the chairperson of the Umpire Committee and shall see that all umpires used at M.A.A. are properly indoctrinated. The general operation of the umpire program will be conducted as close to the recommendations of Babe Ruth League Inc. as possible. Those instances where M.A.A. policy is different from the policy of the Babe Ruth League program shall be recorded in the M.A.A. ground rules.

    Volunteers must be current MAA members and will need to be approved by the Board at the next board meeting.  Please contact the League President with any questions.
