July 12 – CTPW Cheer and Dance Rulebook Party will be held for all association cheer coordinators from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at Keystone Automotive Industries, 11011 Bluff Bend Drive Austin, TX 78753. Meeting is MANDATORY.
July 19 - ALL FLAG AND TACKLE FOOTBALL PARTICIPANTS: Football Registration, Equipment Fitting/Checkout (Tackle), and Game Jersey FITTING and # Selection @ City Park 9:00AM-2:00PM. HALF OF Registration fee is Due.

Coaches
Beginning this season, all Football Head Coaches must attend a USA Football Coaching Clinic or take the online course. Visit http://www.popwarner.com/football/coachingclinics.asp?lable=coaching for details.
Certification for Cheer Coaches will be July 26. Details coming or contact Cheer Coordinator Deanna Pereiro @ 512-947-8107.
KSN Certification will be July 19 and August 9. Locations are pending.

Volunteers Needed!
Coaches, Team Parents, and Regular Volunteers are needed!
Volunteer Applications will be available during registration and can also be downloaded from our "Handouts" section. You will need a copy of your driver’s license. Coaches will be required to participate in KSN and CTPW certification processes. Background checks will be performed with guidelines being set by the National and Central Texas Pop Warner Organizations.

1) Player Contract (Registration Form) – Both pages completed and signed.
2) Physical Form – Both pages completed, filled out by physician, and dated after 1/1/08
3) Adult Code of Conduct Form
4) Official Birth Certificate w/ state seal – NO hospital birth certificates
5) 2007-2008 Year End Report Card

| Registration fee will include the use of a helmet, shoulder pads, pants pads, practice uniform, and game pants. Participant will be given a game jersey to keep. You will need to provide your own cleats, game socks, compression shorts, and mouthpiece. A $150.00 equipment deposit check will be required. The check will be held until equipment is returned at the end of the season. |
