This year's Fundraiser
This year instead of cookie dough or discount cards we are selling Raiders tickets. The Raiders have generously agreed to contribute $15 to our league for every ticket sold. tickets include your seat to the game, a meal (hot dog, chips and soda) and a Raiders hat. They are offering tickets to every one of their home games. We are requiring every player/cheerleader to sell at least 4 tickets or you can buy-out your fundraising by paying $60. The good news is the Raiders will be contributing prizes for our top sellers and I'm told this will include autographed items! The icing on the cake is they are allowing 2 of our teams and all of our cheerleaders on the field for a scrimmage and cheerleading entertainment following the Sunday September 27, 2009 1:00pm Denver Broncos game! While we haven't made any decisions as to which teams will play on the field that day, thought is being given to have the teams with the best ticket sales play. No one is going to want to miss this game!
Order form deadline: Orders will need to be turned in no less than 30 days before the game. If you are interested in either of the pre-season games I think this can be accommodated, provided I receive your form and payment by August 7, 2009. The remaining games must be purchased no later than 35 days before the scheduled game.
Checks need to be made payable to LYFC. Please make sure I get all order forms - Cherie Davis, 1390 Concannon Blvd., Bldg. H, Livermore, CA 94550. All ticket purchases or buy-out must be received by September 12, 2009. Failure to comply could result in your player/cheerleader not be able to participate in our games.
