LETTER TO 5 & 6 YEAR OLD CLINIC PARENTS
Dear T-Ball Player and Parents,
Hi! My name is Dave Wintermute, I am the Director of Baseball/Operations for the Lambertville-West Amwell Youth Baseball Association and I am the Head Instructor for the 5 & 6-year-old T-Ball Instructional Clinic. I am writing to you and your parents to let you know when we will be starting. We will be meeting every Saturday starting April 9th, 11:00am at Hewitt Park on Hewitt Road in West Amwell Township. If it rains I will call you to cancel and reschedule our practice. So if you do not here from me, or one of the coaches, or Team Mom please show up.
WHAT TO BRING:
Please bring a baseball glove, wear a good pair of sneakers or baseball shoes, always long pant or sweat pants. (No shorts). Also you must bring a parent with you on the first day. The league will provide a uniform shirt and hat as soon as they come in from our supplier.
PARENTS HELPING OUT:
Dear Parent, for many of you this is your first time with a child playing in youth sports. First of all we are going to have a whole lot of fun and we would like you if you have the time to take part with us. If you would like to help coach, please call me before April 9th. Also I need a couple of volunteers to be a team parent to help with scheduling of parents to for the snack bar, fundraisers, etc. Please call me before April 9th. My phone number is 397-8877.
