2007 RULES CHANGES
This year Little League has instituted new rules. The most signicant rules are concerning pitching. For pitcher eligibility the decerning factor will be the number of pitches he/she throws. In previous years pitching eligibility was determined by the number of innings.
Please check your 2007 rule books for the new rules
