You are listed as a coach in the Lehigh Valley Little Baseball League or Representative. The following will be a web site you MUST register at in order to get the umpire information for the season and your games.
If youre a league rep, and a coach you need to register twice, once as a coach, and once as an athletic director.
If your head coach does not have access to a computer than choose someone who does.
I will only allow one per team per organization, this means 1 biddy coach 1 midget coach and 1 knee hi coach, I WILL NOT allow more than that.
Go to the following website:
Assign By Web
Click on enter baseball site
Click on the user registration (DO NOT ATTEMPT TO LOG IN YET)
When asked to select how many users choose 1 or 2 if youre a coach and a rep
Select coaching staff or athletic director
Input ALL information - I do not care who your spouse is
At the bottom of page (team association)
Click on your team and then click on the add button
Make sure only your team moves to the right
At the very bottom click on the submit button
This will allow you to register, and once I get the notice I will approve you, and you will get an email with you user information and password.
You will now be allowed to log in and use the web site.
All coaches will be required to fill in a game report a week good or bad, this is one way I may get a feeling on the umpires and your thoughts.
Once I get the schedule, and the umpires agree to do your games you will be able to see who they are and phone numbers and so on.
