SPECIFIC TRAINING FOR ICE HOCKEY
When working with ice hockey players, the strength and conditioning team must go beyond the traditional training programs by implementing specific exercises to address the movements and essential components of the game.The exercises discussed in this article should increase balance, skating strength, power, and agility in ice hockey players.
