Field Director Duties

Check Boardroom for scorebooks and Field director keys.  Keys are located in small middle draw of the desk in Boardroom.

Turn Lights on 15 to 30 minutes before dark.

Determine field conditions if it has rained.

Remind people with dogs, skateboards, bikes or similar items of the rules of the park.  This includes people smoking in the park.

Handle any issues that may arise, notify President and or Player agent if needed.

At the end of the night turn lights off.  If concession is closed, put any books in boardroom.  Make sure score board controls are put away and scoreboards are turned off.   Make sure concession, tractor room batting cages, umpire room and sand pro storage are all closed and locked.  Return keys to the boardroom and lock bottom lock as you leave.  Tractor room only lock dead bolt, bottom lock is broken.  Also please make sure the roll down door is secured.  It is locked by slide latches located at bottom on each side of door.   Also make sure the chain is secured on the latch located on the wall.
