NORTHERN BOUNDARY  –  From a point on the Hillsborough-Pasco County line and Suncoast Parkway east along the Hillsborough-Pasco County line to I-275.

WESTERN BOUNDARY  –  From a point on the Hillsborough-Pasco County line and Suncoast Parkway south along the Parkway to the southwestern most point of the Cheval residential community.

EASTERN BOUNDARY  –  From a point on the Hillsborough-Pasco County line and I-275, south along I-275 to Livingston Avenue, south on Livingston to Bearss Avenue including all eastbound side streets that intersect with Livingston Avenue and their subsequent side streets, east on Bearss to Bruce B. Downs Blvd.

SOUTHERN BOUNDARY  –  From a point on the Suncoast Parkway and the southwestern most point of the Cheval community, east to the Calusa Trace community (to include all streets within Calusa Trace) down to Van Dyke Road, east on Van Dyke Road to Simmons Road, south on Simmons Road to Crenshaw Lake Road, south on Avila Blvd to Lake Magdalene, east on Lake Magdalene to Florida Avenue (Business US 41), south on Florida Avenue to Bearss Avenue, east on Bearss to Bruce B. Downs Blvd.
