In 2010 Kevin began his career playing in West Virginia for the Princeton Rays, in 2011 he was moved up to play with the HotRods in Bowling Green, Kentucky.  While playing for the HotRods, Kevin had the opportunity to play in Fort Wayne at Parkview Field as the HotRods and the TinCaps are in the same league. In 2012 Kevin spent most of his season in Port Charlotte, Florida as a Stonecrab.  However he did get some playing time with the Durham Bulls, the AAA affiliate of the Tampa Bay Rays.  Kevin started the 2013 season with the AA Montgomery Biscuits.  He was named a Southern League All-Star, and was promoted to Durham midway through the season.  Kevin finished the year with the Bulls, playing in the AAA National Championship Game.  He received the "call to the bigs" on  September 30, 2013 to join the Rays for the wild-card tie breaking game in Arlington, TX.  Kevin made his major league debut as a defensive replacement in the ninth inning.
