The 2008-09 team collage presented at the banquet is available for purchase with all proceeds going to Friends of Sudbury Wrestling. Parents can customize the collage to include individual wrestlers, coach, manager, etc…There are also additional photos that can be included and any size can be created from 16x20 up.

Summer Conditioning with Cramer and Kruse
Programs will focus on injury prevention and conditioning the six essential qualities of fitness: balance, coordination, flexibility, endurance, speed and strength. An athlete must possess all qualities to reach their potential. Programs will focus on conditioning the athlete to train and compete for their desired sport. At the end of the summer, participants will be invited to compete in the CK Elite Olympics, where all fitness qualities gained will be put to the test.
Each session includes:
• 1 hour of dynamic conditioning on the turf field
• 1 hour of strength training in the fitness center
• 1 hour of nutrition, wellness and training counseling in the classroom
Session 1: June 29-July 2
Session 2: July 6-9
Session 3: July 13-16
Session 4: July 27-30
Session 5: Aug 3-6
Session 6: Aug 10-13
Session 7: Aug 17-20
Participants will receive a CK Elite t-shirt, training bag and notebook.
