Blackhawks Baseball Parents and
Families,
Our annual
baseball banquet will be held at the Embassy Suites La Quinta Hotel &
Spa this year. The cost of the
dinner for all players is covered by our La Quinta Baseball Booster
Organization. Each additional family
member will be at the cost of $40.00 per
person.
We
have a wonderful evening planned and a delicious menu (see below). Please complete the bottom of the form
attached and return to your players Coach or Coach Gadd by May 14, 2012.
