The LaPorte Family YMCA begins registration for its Little Dribblers preschool soccer program on Monday, Aug. 31. Parents may register their child from 9 a.m.-noon and from 4-7 p.m. at the front desk.

This program, for ages 3-5, introduces preschoolers the fundamental skills associated with soccer. Basic physical and social skills are taught in a class setting, with some game play each week. Parents are encouraged to participate with their child.

The 45-minute classes are held Saturday mornings at the YMCA. The session runs from Saturday, Sept. 19, though Saturday, Oct. 31. Enrollment is limited. The cost is $36 for YMCA members or $54 for non-members.
