Welcome to Lakeland/Panas Rebels Ice Hockey! The Lakeland/Panas Ice Hockey Club supports two ice hockey programs in the Lakeland Central School District, located in Shrub Oak, N.Y.
Our Varsity Team is a NYS Conference I, Division 1 Team, playing their home games out of Brewster Ice Arena, Brewster, NY.

Procedure for obtaining Lakeland Sports Cards
The procedure for obtaining Lakeland School District sports cards is described on the Lakeland Athletics website - click on the title of this news item (or go to the Handouts section of this website to find the same info). All varsity and modified players must obtain a sports card before they are allowed to start practicing with the team. Please obtain the multi-part form from your school nurse ASAP, and have your doctor fill out the back of the top form. When completed, the form should be handed in to the school nurse ASAP.
