All Loveland Youth Lax Parents & Players:

For those of you new to Loveland Youth Lacrosse, welcome to America's oldest (and greatest) game.
And for returning players and parents, welcome back.  We're looking forward to another great season of lacrosse.

Below is an important announcement regarding the Parent/Player Team Meeting. 
It's very important you attend, especially 1st-year Youth Program Parents/Players.

January 27  2 pm Loveland Middle School Cafeteria

We will review some important items:

Intro coaches/backgrounds
Loveland Youth Lacrosse philosophy (feeder program vs. youth program)
Loveland Youth Lacrosse practice approach (curriculum-based vs. game-based)
Loveland Youth Lacrosse game-day approach (winning now vs. winning later)
Team Structures (esp. 3&4 grade teams)
Practice/Game times/Locations
Tournaments
Loveland Youth Lacrosse Guest Speaker Program
Need for multiple team Moms/Dads

3&4 Grade and 5&6 Grade coaches will break out with their individual teams after we review these items. 

I've also invited Mike Werner (HS Varsity HC) to take a few minutes to introduce himself to the players.
He'll also speak briefly about the role the Loveland Youth Program plays and it's importance/alignment
to our increasing successful High School JV and Varsity teams.  Judy Lund, President of our parent club
will be there also to answer any of your questions.

Please make every attempt to attend.  We'll cover a lot in the 60 minutes but it will be worth it, I promise.
