Welcome to the Home of the 2012 18U Louisiana Angels Softball Organization!

The Louisiana Angels Softball is registered as a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization with the State and Federal Offices. The Louisiana Angels Softball name is registered as a protected trade name with the State.

Our mission is to provide a way for girls in our area to learn about fastpitch softball and develope their skills in order to play high school and college ball. Any player interested in playing in highly competitive tournaments across the country is welcome to tryout for our Organization.   

Our headquarters is located in the city of Monroe, Louisiana. The Organization was established and registered with the State and Federal Offices in the Fall of 2004.  The Angels coaching staff, Darian Long, Greg Yoes & Paul Danna, have over five decades of combined fastpitch experience. The philosophy of  this organization is to travel throughout the South looking for the best competition possible, not just settling for local tournaments and playing local teams over and over.  We play in venues that will expose our players to as many College Coaches as possible.

From 9/1/04 thru 5/3/12, the Angels Organization has played in 91 tournaments, 3 College Showcase, 5 Nationals, 3 World Series, 12 State Tournaments, 501 tournament games against 276 different teams from 17 states.  The Angel's compete in ASA Class "A"/Junior Olympic tournaments, IFA tournaments, USSSA tournaments, NSA tournaments and USFA tournaments with the focus on multi-state competition.

On 12/1/07, the Louisiana Angels Softball Organization reached an agreement with the City of Monroe to rebuild the Benoit recreation park, which is located in an area of our community that is in need.  The Angels Organization intend to have 3 softball fields and 1 baseball field when project is completed. The vision is to bring the game fastpitch softball and a quality park into the area of our community to better the quality of life of the area families.  If you are interested in helping with this project through labor or donations, give Coach Darian a call at 318-547-2070.
