MISSION STATEMENT

Physical Preparation:

Immerse each player in the best plan, methods and strategies that have proven successful and that are grounded in the fundamentals of baseball.

Mental & Emotional Preparation:

Teach the proper outlook to playing including personal and team goal setting, understanding the nature of failure and success and how to handle both under any condition and circumstance and how to play with a purpose.

Competition:

The opportunity to put everything into practice by competing against the best players and teams this region has to offer.

Values:

Our Mission Statement is pointless if it’s not grounded in the core values that are so important in the achievement of common goals and they are:

• Responsibility & accountability for one’s actions
• Respect for all teammates, competitors, for the rules of the game and the game itself and for those who make our experience possible
• Health & Safety—Winning is important, but each player’s health and safety is paramount and always comes first

GOALS, OBJECTIVES & PLAN OF ACTION:

The two general goals we’ve set forth for our team are:

• To fulfill our Mission Statement of developing each player’s physical, mental and emotional abilities to their fullest extent.

   

  • To build a team that is ranked in the top 10% of all USSSA travel 11u baseball teams in the Mid-Atlantic region.
