Wednesday, August 13 Practice Updates
Mandatory Cross Country practice starts on the 25th. You must attend if you want to be on the team. You must have a physical on file with me, if you do not have a physical on file you will not be able to practice, no exceptions. We will have try-outs all week, culminating with the final time-trial on Thursday August 28th. My coaches and myself will discuss the weeks events and time trial, and we will determine who is on the team.
There will be no practice on Labor day, enjoy it with your families, you will have a run to complete, but it will be on your own time. Practice on Tuesday September 2nd will be at 2:00 PM.

Central Park Dual - Marina What: Dual Meet vs. Marina Where: Central Park - Huntington Beach When: Wednesday 9/17/08 Time: Fr/SO Boys race 3:30 Girls Race (all levels) - 4:00 p.m. JR/SR Boys Race - 4:30 p.m. Who: All Athletes must attend event (Varsity will practice) - Bus @ 1:45 p.m. NO pickups prior to 5 p.m. Note: Varsity Boys/Girls or Girls currently running under 20:00 and Boys under 17:15 - Will not be running the races and will have an alternate workout.
