For each 5 tickets sold earn 1 opportunity drawing for an iTouch.2. For most tickets sold win a $ CASH PRIZE.1ST Place - $1002ND Place - $753RD Place - $503. For each (1) ticket sold earn 1 opportunity drawing for a $100 cash prize. This is a fundraising opportunity you don’t want to miss.It’s a community block party that helps our High School October 17th _ Saturday - 6:00pm-10:00pmThe Shops at Rossmoor · Ticket price: $45.00 – Checks made out to OUR LOS AL · Selling booster club receives $25.00 per ticket if money, ticket stubs, and completed EXCLE Spreadsheet are turned in by October 2nd; (if received between Oct 3rd-9th, club will receive $10.00; club receives no money back for tickets turned in after October 10th) · Additional fundraising opportunities:Gear Table: to sell Griffin Gear, tickets for an event or to have a drawing (If you will sell tickets for anything, the concept and design MUST be cleared with Diana Hill). Silent Auction: Each club conducts its own Silent Auction. We are hoping to offer Credit Card Service this year. Priority for Silent Auction Tables will be given to those who have correctly turned in their ticket spreadsheet. Taste 4 Los Al Staff Members will coordinate the Silent Auction.All tables rent at the rate of $60.00 per table. You will be asked to reserve your tables around the first of October. Sponsorships: Clubs can raise money by selling event sponsorships and keeping a significant share.
