Hey Ladies!!!!! I miss you all, I hope the season is going well. Was just thinking of all of you and how great you are. I definitely miss soccer, Im sad that part of my life is over, just way to busy paying bills and competeing in Fitness competitions and Can fit Pro.
Hope your all kicking ass, as you always do... Go hard or go home!!!!

hey girls!
ummm, I'm just writing this as a reminder, cuz I'll forget, but I read about a drill called red light, green light. it's really good for footwork and control, just remind me at practice or somethin if ya see this! thanks!

We played SO KICKASSERLY this weekend! And even though we weren't the champions (here comes the cheesy part)inside we really are the champions
