MAYFAIR PARK Mayfair Park is located on the corner of Clark Ave. and South Street in the central part of Lakewood. Mayfair Park has served as Lakewoods flagship recreation facility since 1951. Its name comes from the surrounding housing tract that was then known as the Mayfair District.
