MeetingCalled to Order at 7:39 pm

Attendees:Mark Myers, Jennifer Smith, Rita Eaton, James McCoy, John Bruno, Eric Nordlie,A. Unitus, Terry Firestine, Ken Grant, Ann Spina, Todd Spina, Kevin McCormick.

TreasurersReport: Laurie Sole –Resigned Position

TakingNominations at this evening meeting, mass communication will also be sent outfor anyone who may be interested.  Votingwill take place next meeting on March 15, 2011.    John Bruno Nominated Terry Firestine and it wasseconded by James McCoy. 

Committee Updates

A.    Concessions/  Todd Spina& Bryan O’Haver

1.    Concession Trailer in need of somerepairs for upcoming season.

 

B.   Equipment

1.    James McCoy volunteered to be theequipment manager for the season.

 

C.    Communication/ Kevin McCormick

1.    In charge of Website updating andcommunication. (KLM150@yahoo.com)

 

D.   Football

1.    Flag Football will be added to thefootball program this year.  Troywill be headed up this portion. More info to come.

2.      Numerous proposed changes to current footballrules.  Please see NYFL website formore information and up to date changes.

A.  New Business

1.    New procedure for volunteer hoursthis year.  Each family will postdate a check and turn into Directors. A punch card will be given to each family.  When the punch card is filled and all hours are completed. (8 hours required for each childwithin the program)  Posteddated check will be returned.  Ifhours are not completed by the end of the season the check will then becashed. 

2.    Green and White Camp will be held onJuly 30 & 31.
