| Middle School Football Speed and Agility Workout 6th, 7th 8th grades Free Open House This Saturday, March 7th At 6pm On the grounds of the Pontiac Silverdome (Butler Building) 1150 Featherstone Rd, Pontiac, MI Attention Middle School Football Players & Athletes You and your parents are invited to come and work-out with Playmakers U and their middle School athletes this Saturday at 6pm inside the Butler building on the grounds of the Pontiac Silverdome. Our training programs are geared to make athletes faster, quicker, and stronger. Come see what Playmakers U has to offer, and how you stack up against other middle school athletes from Clarkston, Lake Orion, Pontiac, West Bloomfield, Auburn Hills, Macomb, Detroit, Ann Arbor, Southfield, and many others. Middle School athletes will be participating in shuttle, speed ladder, 3 cone, speed hurdle drills and others.
