Coaches & parents,We have come to the start of the Fall season. There is a lot to do to get the club ready. We appreciate all the hard work and time you put in with your team and the club. These are a few things we will be doing and things needed to be done that we need your help with. It is very important that you respond to this email so I know that you get the information you need. Please forward this message to your team and any other club members. Print it out and hand it to your team. Practices should be starting soon. If you need equipment ask.  

 
  1. Fund Raising: Any team that has a separate fund raising account or cash on hand from fund raising needs to close the account and turn in all money to the club. Our treasurer Mrs. Meise will deposit it in the clubs fund raising account under your teams name. Your team fund raising parent should keep track of all fund raising information what the fund raiser was for, where and how much was earned. When you need to spend the funds you would contact Mrs. Meise for a check. It is best to have the bill or receipt with you when you pick up the check or payment can be sent directly to the business. REMEMBER: fund raising must be approved by the board or member of fund raising committee. ** Fund Raising will not be allowed for food ,drink or lodging.** You will need to state in writing the reasons for the fund raiser, how much you need to raise and were you will be fund raising. The address to the club is on the web site http://eteamz.active.com/lmsa/  If the team disbands all remaining money will be absorbed into the general club fund and all training equipment, accessories (balls, gloves, nets, ect.) must be turned back in to the club.
  2. Club Fundraiser: See attachment. New Jersey Natural Gas will pay $5.00 per household that signs in to there web site and signs up under LMSA on there Conservation web page. It cost you nothing but a few minutes. Please encourage family and friends to sign in as well all they need is there NJN Gas account number. The maximum donation will be up to $5000.00 we only have until the end of September.
 
  1. Snack Stand:   The snack stand will be open. We will be in need of a Refrigerator. We will be looking for someone to volunteer to run the snack stand. The responsibilities will be to put committee together and scheduling teams to work during all home games. Coaches will receive the snack stand schedule and the procedure prior to the start of the season. You will need to have the list of parents turned in No later than 1 week before the start of the season so it can be posted on the Web site and at the stand.
 
  1. Monthly Club meetings: Your team is required to have 2 people at every meeting. Coach or Assistant Coach and 1 parent. You will receive a schedule to fill out and turn in with the parent’s names and which meeting they will attend.
 
  1. Referee fees will be handed out at the end of each monthly meeting. If there is no one there from your team at the meeting the check will be reduced by one game. It will be the teams responsible to pay the referee for that game. NOTE: All MOSA, Jersey Coast and Ocean County Rec teams will get ref checks.
 
  1. Tournaments:  Each team needs to get board approval for the tournament they want to attend. Patches will be supplied by the club.
   
  1. Trainers: Any team wanting to get a paid trainer must get board approval.

    1.  It is looking good please let all your parents know about it. You also can get access to your team site to post information. Contact the web master for access.
    2. There will be a location on the web site for job vacancies with a brief description. Please encourage your parents to visit the site sign up for a position or committee. There are many people willing to help we just need to get the information to them.
    3. Forms are posted for printing and emailing. examples Fund raising, tournament.
 
  1.  Fields
    1.  We will be using the middle field for all games.
    2. Field day will be 2 weeks prior to the start of the season (date to follow). We will open it to all families. All families that can not make it to this Field Day will be scheduled by the Club thru out the season. We will not change the schedule after it is complete  If the family is 15min or more late or does not appear for there designated time they will forfeit there work bond.
    3. The fields will be closed for the beginning of the fall season for practice. Please continue to practice else where until the coach is notified fields are open. We are looking for a field coordinator whose responsibilities will be locating practice fields and assigning teams to those fields / locations.
    4. We will try this again this season: Field lining / safety And Rest rooms will be assigned to two teams every second week. One young team and one older team and rotate inward until the end of the season.  Example: U6/U15 week 2, U7/U14 week 4. A schedule will be sent to you. Please fill in parent’s names who will be assigned to this.

  Accessing the Conserve to Preserve® Dashboard 1.      Visit www.njliving.com and click on the My Account Services icon.   2.      Click on the Login/Register icon.   3.      Click on the New Registration icon. (If you are already registered for My Account Information, simply sign on and skip to step 5.)   4.      You will be prompted to answer a few questions and then hit submit.-         NJNG account number -         Name on the account -         E-mail address-         Check box for E-Tips, NJNG’s free monthly e-mail that provides energy-savings tips and special offers-         Establish a personal password 5.      Click on the icon for the Conserve to Preserve Dashboard. If the Dashboard won’t open, it may be due to your Internet Pop-up Blocker settings. You will need to allow pop-ups to appear from the site.   6.      Fill out the Home Profile questions using the drop down boxes then press “Next” at the bottom of the page. The last question on the profile is “What encouraged you to visit the Conserve to Preserve Dashboard?”  You must use the pull down box to select LMSA for us to receive credit for the referral.  7.      This will bring you to the main page of the Conserve to Preserve Dashboard.   There are many different features in the Dashboard that will help you learn more about your energy usage, but you are encouraged to visit the “My Home” tab to access the expanded Home Energy Analyzer offered by New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program. Taking this extra step will provide you with a detailed report including recommendations on how to improve the efficiency of your home.
