Work Bond Guidelines

1. I agree to appear at the time and place designated. If I fail to appear, I understand that my work bond will be forfeited. Failure to appear within 15 minutes of the assigned time is cause for forfeiture of the work bond.
2. The LMSA will attempt to post assignments of the club website (www.eteamz.com/lmsa). The club takes no responsibility to inform/remind you as to your assigned time other than a form given to the coaches and the website. Information not posted on the website does not indicate that you are relieved of your work obligation. The website is only for information purposes if and when posted.
3. If for any reason LMSA is not able to cash the work bond check, I understand that y child (children) ill be ineligible to participate in any future Lakehurst Manchester Soccer Association activities, until such time as the work bond and any associated bank fees/penalties are paid in full.
4. I understand that if for any reason I am unable to perform my assignment, then it is my responsibility to find a replacement (over the age of 18) or forfeit the work bond. The name of the replacement must be furnished to the LMSA in advance.
5. I understand that work bond assignments may be scheduled and updated through email. If I do not provide an email address, I understand that I will be scheduled at the discretion of the Lakehurst Manchester Soccer Association. Questions regarding work bond must be put in writing and mailed too PO Box 11, Lakehurst, NJ 08733.
6. I understand that only upon completion/release of my work bond assignment shall the work bond payment be issued at the end of the season.
7. All Board Approved coaches shall be relieved of the work bond obligation.
8. The required time of the work bond shall be 4 hours per family for the season. LMSA board has the authority to change the amount of time needed for completion/release of the work bond obligation. Any Changes to the work bond policy shall be approved by the board prior to the next season.
